Hillcrest Children and Family Center’s legacy is built from the efforts of partnerships. It took the partnership of First Lady Dolley Madison and a very influential Washingtonian, Marcia Van Ness, to champion the cause of orphaned children from the War of 1812 to this organization. Our partnerships are even more important today, and we value your contributions to our behavioral health and substance abuse efforts.
