Hillcrest Children and Family Center invites you to join us for an evening of fighting back, while giving back
This year’s theme highlights our zero tolerance policy against racism and social injustice prevalent throughout the country. Too often, people of color are left to deal with the emotional pain of racism without the support of mental health professionals.
Within the DMV area alone, the ramifications of race-based trauma and its direct impact to the communities are evident through high attendance rates at ongoing protests throughout the area. This virtual mental health summit is our effort to address these very real and present issues within the community we have proudly served for 205 years.
This event will include exciting keynote speakers, panelists featuring black mental health professionals, guest appearances by local officials and plenty of opportunities to fight back, while giving back! This donation-based event is an opportunity to have direct impact on providing access to mental health services for the undeserved by putting your money where your heart is!
Give a little or a lot, register for this donation – based virtual event today!
